The Tamaris Bespoke Design Studio has been set up to promote luxury bespoke goods and services in, Arts & Crafts, Fashion & Accessories, and Home and Interior goods. In doing so it seeks to develop links with other designers, makers and craftsmen and offers the opportunity to those seeking to do so to be listed on its website. Alongside this it sells from time-to-time preowned luxury items.

Tamaris Bespoke maintains a directory which promotes the websites of creators of luxury and bespoke goods and services in Arts & Crafts, Fashion & Accessories and Home & Interior. It acts solely as a promoter of its listed websites and is neither a purchaser or a seller of the goods it displays.

 

Individuals and corporate entities are invited to list on our site, which is aimed at bringing buyers and sellers together. Tamaris Bespoke plays no part in any deal being struck between the two parties and as such can give no guarantees as to the work being purchased or the service of the seller. We have no control over the ownership, quality and provenance of the goods or services provided by those listed on our site. 

 

Tamaris Bespoke does not at any time influence the outcome of a potential purchase, either with the buyer or seller.

 

Tamaris Bespoke Design Studio promotes and offers for sale the textile artwork of its Founder Jo Taylor and will also sell from time-to-time preowned luxury goods. As a seller in this respect Tamaris Bespoke adheres to the conditions of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. The goods being sold through our website are by nature preowned and as such buyers are protected by these regulations in the event of seeking to return a purchase,

Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed.  We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authority, and we will co-operate with such authorities by disclosing your identity to them.  In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
